1. Definitions
- "Service" means the AI integration consulting and training services offered by Bijak Solutions, as described on this website.
- "User" means any individual who accesses this website or engages with our services.

- "Content" means all materials, reports, methodologies, and outputs produced in connection with our services.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.
Our services are intended for business use by persons aged 18 and above with the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. We do not offer services directly to minors.
3. Service Description
Bijak Solutions provides AI integration consulting services for Malaysian organisations. Our current service catalogue includes:
- Intelligent Inventory Management consulting and deployment support
- Cross-Functional AI Ideation Lab facilitation
- AI-Powered Meeting Intelligence implementation
Service availability is subject to capacity. We reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time. Pricing and scope for any specific engagement are confirmed in writing before work commences.
Our services are primarily delivered to organisations based in Malaysia. Requests from outside Malaysia will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Enquiries and Engagement
Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a commitment on either side. A service engagement is formalised only when both parties have agreed in writing to a defined scope, timeline, and price.
We will not begin billable work without a written agreement. Any preparatory discussions or scoping calls conducted before agreement are offered at no charge.
5. User Responsibilities
When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information in all communications
- Not use this website for unlawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or systems
- Cooperate in good faith during service engagements, including providing timely access to relevant systems and stakeholders
- Respect the confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies or materials shared during an engagement
Prohibited activities include: misrepresenting your identity or authority, attempting to reverse-engineer our methodologies without authorisation, and using content or outputs from engagements in ways not agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, and methodology descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Bijak Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Reports, frameworks, and other materials produced specifically for a client engagement remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We grant clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use engagement outputs within their own organisation.
Client data and business information shared with us during an engagement remain the property of the client.
7. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Published prices cover the defined scope of each service. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and agreed separately before proceeding.
Payment terms and methods for each engagement are specified in the written agreement. We accept bank transfer. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise stated.
For the Intelligent Inventory Management and AI-Powered Meeting Intelligence services, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Ideation Lab fees are typically invoiced in full after the programme concludes.
Late payments may incur an interest charge in accordance with applicable Malaysian commercial law.
8. Refund Policy
If an engagement is cancelled by the client before work has commenced, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. If work has already begun, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
We will make reasonable efforts to address any service quality concerns before a refund is considered. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have a concern.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information shared during engagements as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except where required to deliver the service or where required by law.
We may reference the general nature of our work with a client (e.g. "we worked with a distribution company in Selangor") in our marketing materials, unless the client has specifically requested otherwise in writing.
10. Disclaimers
Our services are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of engagement. We do not warrant that AI tools or recommendations will produce specific business outcomes.
We are a consulting and implementation support service — we are not responsible for the performance of third-party software platforms that we help you integrate. We will assist in addressing integration issues within the scope of our engagement.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or this website, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, system outages at third-party providers, or acts of government.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bijak Solutions harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. The consequences of termination, including outstanding payment obligations, are set out in the written agreement for each engagement.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any party that acts in bad faith, provides false information, or violates these terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

15. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with any written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between us for any engagement.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always published on this page with a "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For clients in the middle of an active engagement, the terms in effect at the time the written agreement was signed shall apply for the duration of that engagement.
